Land of Good and Plenty

Ever wonder what happens after the wheat is harvested? During harvest the grain is removed from the stalk. The stalk can be collected and has many uses - bedding, ground cover etc. The stalk can be baled - sometimes in small square bales that are easy to move by hand. At other times it is roled into huge bales which have to be moved with a tractor. Large fields have many bales in them. They are a sight to see - especially with the sun just right - they glisten.
