Roll Out the Red Carpet - MyWorld Tuesday

Two confessions: I don't have any idea whose house this is. The huge red maple tree shedding it's leaves caught my attention. Next: The leaves were so red I didn't even adjust the saturation or vibrancy. Enjoy. To view MyWorld from around the world - click on the picture at the right. Have a great day!

  1. Nice technique to take the shot from below the house. The concrete on the right of the steps and rail lead the eyes to the door. The green of the trees and the house, and the red of the leaves are good combinations. If this location is near and you want to try variations, you could be even lower and closer to the leaves and steps to emphansize the leaves with less of the house. Then the image would be more about the red leaves and Fall. It is pretty nice the way it is.

  2. Don't confess. This is glorious!

  3. The autumn leaves are really pretty, I wouldn't want to be the person that has to pick up all those leaves and on steps yet.

  4. I came to peak today and found the colors in this photo amazing and vibrant and the fact that you did not touch the photo with color is amazing. Mother Nature is such an artist with her color pallet.
