Remembering the Feed Mill - SkyWatch Friday

A year ago in March the Atlas feed mill was destroyed in an arson fire. This historic mill served the community for more than 150 years. Next week the Historical Society is going to open an exhibit at the Clinton Township Public Library. They have gathered many memories of this old building. We were invited to share some of the photos that we took. Photos won't bring back the building, but they will bring back memories.

  2. A really terrific shot!
Arson - it's so hard to understand why some people are compelled to destroy.
I love old restored buildings such as this one was. I hope they caught whoever was responsible.

  5. An amazing image. So sad that a facility with so much community history would be victim of arson.

  8. It's a good thing you captured it before it was destroyed in the fire and the fact that the sky was brilliant at the same time too was a great bonus.
