Sleeping Giants

These giants are waiting to be taken to the shed and stored for this winter.  This is straw - what's left after harvesting the wheat.  It will be used for bedding for the cows.  They weigh over 600 pounds and have to be moved with a tractor.

  1. Have you ever seen the wheat sheaves up by Clare? The Amish do them and they look pretty neat.
