Blast from the Past - My World

Steam Engines lined up waiting to show their stuff. What fun to see them doing their work. I can visualize in my mind when these machines were considered modern equipment and were replacing the horse on the farm. Even today, their proud owners love to show them off!

Macro Monday or MyWorld Tuesday

What is it? Greg likes to take close up pictures and this was of an antique airplane that flew into town on Memorial Weekend for the flyover during the parade. They took off from the local mini airport. This was a good thing, because they allowed us to walk around and look at these planes close up.

Bridge To Nowhere

Much rain has flooded out the little park, causing the bridge to start and end underwater. Perhaps it is now better fit for ducks!

Hog Heaven

Memorial Day weekend brought severe thunderstorms, wind and rain. Memorial Day was bright, sunny and hot! 90 Degrees and humid. What more could a hog want?

Time Passed By - Sky Watch

Wild flowers surround this old fallen down barn which is guarded by the dead tree. The straw stored in the upper mow would appear to be older then I am. Oh, if only these walls could talk!
