Mingus Grist Mill

The Mingus Grist Mill was the largest mill in the Smokies.  Its 200 foot water flume moved water to the mill's turbine which provided power to grind the grain.  The Mingus Family sold the mill to the National Park Service in the 1930s.

Springtime in Michigan

Don't usually see a herd of buffalo in Michigan. Especially so close to the road....and they didn't pay any attention to us.
